My friend told about this movie and want to watch it than How To Train Your Dragon and I was not interest well. The reviews that I have read also tell that the movie not WOW enough. But I didn't mind when my other friends invited me to watch it.

"
College professor Parker Wilson finds a young Akita puppy that's been abandoned at the local train station, and he's instantly captivated by the dog. Assuming the dog's owner will return to the train station to claim him in the morning, Parker takes the puppy home overnight. But when no one comes to get the dog, Parker convinces his wife, Cate, to welcome him as part of the family. He dubs the puppy Hachiko--Hachi, for short--because of the Japanese symbol for good luck that's hanging from his collar. Hachi is a somewhat peculiar dog that refuses to learn to fetch or master other people-pleasing tricks, but he is a faithful companion and friend to Parker, alerting him of potential dangers and accompanying him to the train station each morning and meeting him there after his return trip each evening. After the professor dies while away from home, the dog keeps vigil waiting for his master for nearly a decade. "

The story so touchy. In the beginning, it was a little bit boring. Just Richard Gere, who is unfuckingbelievable still look fresh, can made me survive to finish it. He also remind me to my senior high school teacher. The dog played well. He is sooooo cute! Both when he was young and adult.

In the middle, we were curious where the saddest part. Because some people said that something shocked happen. My friend read the synopsis from DVD packing (oh yeah, we were watched the pirated DVD) and started cry. She told that Parker pass away and Hachi waiting him at the station for nine years after it. I wanted not to cry and not really care when read the synopsis. But when that scene came out, I felt something wrong with my eyes. Ok, I was crying too just a little. One of my friend, who is read the synopsis, started to cry (again) with funny sound. Then I cried and laughed at the same time. Absurd!

Hachiko statue in front of Shibuya station. I read from my friend's status which is tell that, sadly, the condition not good enough.
