30 Books to Movies: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

The book

This is the fouth years of Harry Potter's life after he knows that he is a witch. In the summer, Harry, Hermione Granger, and the Weasley family take a trip to the Quidditch World Cup. While there, Death Eaters, Voldemort's servants, storm the grounds, harass some muggles, and run away when they see the Dark Mark in the sky.

When they back to Hogwarts, Albus Dumbledore announces during the welcoming feast that the school will host the Triwizard Tournament, an inter-school competition. One student from each of three magical schools will be chosen by the Goblet of Fire to compete. The other two magical institutions, Beauxbatons Academy, and Durmstrang Institute, arrive at Hogwarts two months into the school term. The champions chosen by the goblet were Fleur Delacour from Beauxbatons, Viktor Krum of Durmstrang, and Cedric Diggory of Hogwarts. Mysteriously, Harry is also chosen, even though he did not submit his name. (source)
This is my favorite book from Harry Potter saga. The adventure, the history of Harry's past and also his romance are here. He grow up from a little boy to a man by complete the turnament tasks by himself. His friends, Hermione and Ron grow up too. It's funny to imagine how jealous Ron is XD
This book also shocked me when I read the part that Voldermort killed Cedric. The first murder. There is a joke when Rob Pattinson, who played as the late Cedric, got a role as Edward for Twilight. You have to thanks Voldermort to killed you. Because, if you still alive as Cedric, you can't meet Bella and sparkle :P
My favorite part is when Dumbledore feeds Moody Veritaserum, and they discover that "Moody" is actually Barty Crouch, Jr., who was smuggled out of Azkaban and was using a Polyjuice Potion to impersonate the real Alastor Moody.

The movie

It's always fun to re-read the book, but not for re-watch the movie. I hate the movie. So many differences from the book and here. Of course, the differences are exist. Yet it destroy my own imagination and it's bad!
I watched it from YouTube and took a long time to finished it. They even don't connected well. Maybe because I watched it part by part with bad mood. Just Krum and Hermione's scene can please me a bit.
No Barty Crouch, Jr 's confession. Too bad.

I absogoodamnlutely choose the book than this.

Curious? watch it here.
